Current Employee – been working at E-Marketing Associates full-time for more than a year
Pros – I guess things have changed recently - because there is no micromanagement. We are allowed to come up with ideas, collaborate on how to best implement them, and then get approval or insight when we need it. Everyone gets along and works together well. There is a high level of motivation. A small company is only as good as the people who are making things happen there, and luckily we now have an innovative, smart, and driven group of individuals coming together for a common cause.
Cons – The communication could be improved slightly and we still have some standard operating procedures to get worked out. Nothing major, though. And those needs have only come about because we keep growing.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – There truly are great people working here and the boss is not a micro-manager at all. Your input is valued and asked for. Employees have the opportunity to present new ideas and are never put down or made to feel like they are over reaching. Boss will sometimes bring breakfast for everyone and employees often bring treats of their own accord. Everyone gets along and there's no immature high school drama to deal with. The boss is one of the nicest people ever and treats everyone with respect.
So you have creative freedom, great co-workers, respectful and understanding boss that doesn't hover, and free food - what is there really to complain about?
Cons – As the company continues to grow, there are things that get started that are sometimes left behind and forgotten.
Advice to Senior Management – Because many of the services offered are web-based and there is even greater emphasis placed on how a company presents themselves virtually, make sure that every face of the company is represented in a unified and contemporary fashion. The current look is very dated.
But otherwise, good job boss!!

Pros – My coworkers are great. They are intelligent, fun, caring people. When the boss is not around, the work place is relaxed and workable. Also, you get benefits, not the best of benefits, but at least you get them. You get birthday lunches and the past holiday dinners have bee fun
Cons – You are given the trust to just go one about your work, and the boss feel like you will get your job done. I would have appreciated a little more trust.
At first he seems to sugar coat everything about the company but soon after you see things as they really are.
Advice to Senior Management – Chill a little bit, just because we talk does not mean we are goofing off and not getting our work done. You do not need to constantly be breathing down people's back.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
