My experience was initially exciting; however leadership seemed to loose focus and the courage to make tough decisions.

I have been working at E.R. Williams, Inc.

    Pros

They do great with company functions and getting tickets to events for employees to attend. Benefits and pay are above average.

    Cons

Mangmnt only cares abt keeping contracts not employees. They make up lies to justify firing people! The "Queen" runs it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

REPLACE PMs and the VP of Operations! You will continue to lose business, good employees and face more lawsuits!

I have been working at E.R. Williams, Inc.

    Pros

The pay is great and the benefits are decent. The company does a good job of sponsoring employee outings and parties.

    Cons

You will not be respected. The management only cares about one thing and that's keeping contracts. Which by the way they haven't done a great job at recently. You will be forced to work in hostile working environments and will be punished or fired if you object to morally qustionable assignments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire program managers, they are poorly trained and aren't equipped to deal with difficult situations. The company needs to acknowledge that there is a problem on certain contracts and stand up for their employees.

I have been working at E.R. Williams, Inc.

    Pros

Great salary! Finally starting to upgrade benefits and provide career development options. Other than benfits and $ not worth it!

    Cons

Senior managment HORRIBLE. PMs dont manage the contracts. Mistreatment of contractors by both govt clients and ERW management is overlooked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take leadership and managment training! Treat your employees with respect and dont threaten them to do things outside contract scope
