I worked at EA Mobile full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Very good Work/Life balance.
    Management is friendly here.
You get to use your own way to get the things done, liberty to implement new ideas.
It becomes a second HOME for employees, once they learn the basics.

    Cons

If only you are a fresher, come to learn with world class environment; as long as you are not bothered about salary. Salary here is bare minimum for freshers. If you carry previous experience, it is good enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For managers/Facility: Doing a remarkable job. Keep it up.
For Hiring/Firing team: Doing a great job to train freshers. But try to retain them, rather than paying higher to others and taking chances with them.
