Pros
compensation and benefits are great.
Cons
very challenging and fast-paced. have to be on the top of your game.
Pros
You will meet some really great folks; the benefits can't be beat (insurance, vacation) and it is an interesting mix of business, government policy and international arena.
Cons
The company can bleed you dry if you're one of the better employees. The 80/20 rule seems to apply. Those who half-ass it get to really enjoy their vacation and benefits. The hard workers will be chained to their blackberries on weekends and vacation, if they get to use all of their vacation time. Management can be crass and very egocentric and myopic.
Pros
Family oriented, unparalleled benefits, excellent leadership, good rewards and recognition, small team environment. Company believes in work/life balance. Comp time is tracked and is treated as time you take off whenever you wish. Company sponsors numerous external company events throughout the year to keep all of the employees and families involved and socially integrated. Compensation is higher than most NASA contractors that I've worked for in the past. Benefits are incredible. Senior management is composed of people that are widely respected in their fields.
Cons
Working within NASA and ESA ever changing budgets. Communication between small teams is very good now but could be even better.

Keep up the good work.
