I worked at EASi full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

EASi, an affiliate of Aerotek, has excellent strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to offer quality contract opportunities. What you get out of that opportunity, however, is what you make of it. I started working as a contract employee the summer after I graduated from college. As a former contract employee working with a reputable company onsite, I gained leadership opportunities, a solid network, and skillsets beyond many of my graduating peers.

    Cons

Onsite, there is a large divide between permanent and contract employees. Many contract employees are left out of privileged business conditions discussions. Since it is employment at will, your contract is not guaranteed to last full term (as is what ultimately happened to me). EASi also largely fails to communicate critical information in a timely manner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more involved in understanding your contract employees' job roles, and how their role fits into the onsite organization. Recognize your top performers, and create onsite training and development programs to further sharpen skillsets. Start a peer mentoring network pairing permanent and contract employees together.

I have been working at EASi

    Pros

i recommend only freshers here as you will have a lot of time to learn....and the other people i would recommend is for those who do not have a job at hand as they need people to join immediately...

    Cons

experienced people please stay away as you will forget what u learnt...management looks only at cutting down the opportunities of their employess outside by increasing the notice period...very bad work culture...good at deceiving potential candidates by presenting a rosy picture...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please look at employees who have knowledge and not just go on seniority into the company...Improve the reputation in the market....Do not cut down the opportunities of employees if they seek a career outside
