Pros
A few of my colleagues were great to work with and helped make the work environment bearable in spite of the complete insanity around us.
Cons
Poor management. Unqualified staff and management. Childish, unprofessional and immature behavior was tolerated and accepted by top management. Poor HR policies.
Advice to Senior Management
Revamp operations. Hire a professional COO to fire under-performing staff, recognize existing talent and hire new people to help change the overall work environment.
