Former Employee - Chart Retrieval, Med Tech Support in Phoenix, AZ
Former Employee - Chart Retrieval, Med Tech Support in Phoenix, AZ

    Pros

I needed a job. And they make it sound good initially.

    Cons

Worked for 3 weeks, 4 times I asked for someone to call back, never did. Had 3 bosses in 3 weeks, and my last boss wasn't even aware I had quit. Seriously, the most ridiculous job I ever had. Your going to wait 3 weeks for a check, and spend a lot of money on gas, good luck.

    Advice to Management

    Get some management

I have been working at ECS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Employee owned company with profit sharing. Varied customer base and service lines, with in house training department. Exceptional service line diversity for a mid-sized company. There is nothing holding you back at ECS. Your opportunities are only limited by your imagination.

    Cons

Management has a difficult time establishing clear expectations. Poor performance is tolerated far longer than it should be. Excellent performance is not recognized quickly enough. Communication could be much better.

    Advice to Management

    Communication and consistency are key
