Pros

Location and not hving to commute to Toronto. Som,e flexibility in work hours depending on workload..

Cons

Now have to pay for less benefits then we recieved for free before. Constantly taking away benefits from employees. Overtime goinbe. Flex trime gone. workload on the increase. Always asking to do more with no reward incentive other then to perhaps keep your job if you are lucky.

Advice to Senior Management

Give back something to employees. Stop m,oving mission critical; tasks to third world countries. Wokr for the government or someplace with a union if possible. Otherwise work for whoever pays the most.

Mostly follow, rarely lead

Take initiative, set the direction, act as if it were your own business

Pros

Opportunities to work on a variety of projects, a variety of customer environments, with a variety of people.

Cons

Very difficult to find time for self-improvement, difficult to work with others as peers, coaches, or mentors, very little committment to training. Overall morale is very low, causing many people to leave for better opportunities.
