    I worked at EL AL full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    the money is nice
    you don't work everyday, a lot of free time
    you get to travel in the world for free
    great people to work with

    Cons

    you don't get paid untill take off
    the pilots aren't always fun to work with
    the israeli passengers are thogh
    the job can be very hard phisically
    sometimes you have to get up in the middle of the night for a flight

    change the ranking and grading method

    Pros

    discounted airlines tickets- as a standby (but if u flying with elal, once you will get a place on the plain - you will still be in the bottom of everyone else. sometimes they will skip you from getting food on the flight (because someone else is hungry).

    Cons

    almost everything, from working hours (they will call you at 10 pm on saturday to work at 6 am on sunday!

    pick good mangers and not just people without any experience

    The Airline products are very Interesting, therefore the work is in an interesting fields.

    I worked at EL AL full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    traveling the world, free flights and some other tikets benefits, the job as a flight attandent is very flexible.

    Cons

    Job itself kind of rouge, working many hours, sometimes 16 hours shift. You get paid only for air-time, and- you jet-legged all the time.
