Is a fun yet demanding experience

    ProsFriendly Coworkers.
    Challenging work environment.
Opportunity to take on more responsibility.
    Train you quickly and efficiently.
Opportunity to go to the EMI holiday party and other concerts and after-work events.

ConsThere are times where there is no work for a week, and then get slammed with work.
Low pay for having to live in NY.
Hard to branch out of your specific team.
    Clicky.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep training your interns, try to be understanding yet not too forgiving.

    Redundancies and takeovers

    Product Manager (Former Employee)
    London, England (UK)

ProsGreat atmosphere, and interesting products. Scope for innovation, and opportunity to grow. Good working conditions and flexible. A good work life balance was possible.

Consdisorganized and dysfunctional. Too many people not putting any effort in. Too slow to change to market conditions. Take over by terra firma was a disaster.

    Disappointing

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsYou get two weeks (give or take away a day) off at the end of the year - usually the week before Christmas all the way up to New Years. It's a nice bit of paid vacation on top of your company given holiday time.

ConsMany of the employees are unhappy, making it a hard place to come to work to on a daily basis. Little to no chance for movement within the company.

ConsTime, commitment and managing several projects at the same time can be a challenge.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter time management
