I have been working at EMI

    Pros

You get two weeks (give or take away a day) off at the end of the year - usually the week before Christmas all the way up to New Years. It's a nice bit of paid vacation on top of your company given holiday time.

    Cons

Many of the employees are unhappy, making it a hard place to come to work to on a daily basis. Little to no chance for movement within the company.
