I have been working at ENEA
Pros – Great Pay, Good Work Life Balance
Cons – Lack of advancement chances for middle level
Advice to Senior Management – Enea has big potential but needs to craft a way to get from where it is today to a new future in new markets with new products. Lots of smart people but needs a better vision

I worked at ENEA as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Working environment, company meetings, company culture
Cons – Technical assistance not enough for junior engineers, no orientation for newcomers

I have been working at ENEA full-time
Pros – Best challenges I had, which I consider a pro due to high level of atention and solution finding to different cases/situations
Good work hours
Cons – lack of proper internal communication and coordination
management for local branches inadequate
no work incentive/motivations
Advice to Senior Management – Valuable people are leaving the company and nobody is questioning why.
Perhaps some "digging" besides the "apparent" reasons then the ones offered to HR or team leaders would shed some light on the why question.
Too bad nobody is asking or is interested.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
