ENGlobal Technical Specialist III in Beaumont, TX: (Past Employee - 2008)

“A nice enough place to work.”

Pros

ENGlobal was small enough to make the office feel liek a family. Even during "hot" times, everyone was able to stay friendly and work together.

Cons

Benefits aren't as good as you would recieve working the same job at one of the client companies.

Advice to Senior Management

Monitor the activities and time managment of middle management.
