Details
Pros
Reasonable life/work balance. Pay okay. Good benefits. Flex days. Interesting work for most part. Supportive atmosphere across company for most part. Small company feel with benefits of bigger company.
Cons
Director position in legal department needs an overhaul. This is a major reason the legal department has a revolving door of lawyers coming and going.
Advice to Senior Management
Clean up the dead weight that has gotten power hungry and comfortable. Other than the dead weight (and there isn't a lot of it, but when it sits in a position of power, it sure kills morale), ENMAX is a great place to work.

Pros
Pays good. Good opportunities for advancement. Good opportunities for training. As a utility, generally the people are stupid, so it's not difficult to do shine.
Cons
As a utility, generally the people are stupid, especially the crews.
Advice to Senior Management
Do something about the crews. It's an embarrassment.
