I have been working at EOH Health full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – EOH Health provides excellent training and skills development opportunities to employees who express genuine willingness in advancing themselves. Flexibility, multitasking and role diversity is the norm.
Cons – There's always a gap that needs filling. Unless you have superb project management skills and know how to say 'no', you may soon find yourself doing three people's jobs and working many hours overtime. As you are often required to work independently, you need to be confident in your skills and abilities and push toward your own advancement. Sadly, there is a serious lack of communication in this company and unless you make the effort to know what's going on and how it affects your responsibilities, you will not feel at home.
Advice to Senior Management – Communication communication communication. Employees need feedback relating to macro factors such as the company goals, visions, changes and project outcomes - at present there is no sense of 'how or where one fits into the bigger picture' and that is damaging the company culture.
