Pros
ERA Gotham management genuinely cares about it's eployees, salespeople, clients, and the service it provides. This small company offers huge potential for growth within a low pressure family style atmosphere. Gotham management realizes that after the market downturn reverses the industry might look a bit different. Management is now creating innovative ways to service the consumer making it an exciting time to work for the company and literally reinventing residential real estate brokerage of the future. Gotham's staff is truly a dedicated group of people who love what they do and are willing to share their collective experience with newcommers and veterans alike.
Cons
It's not an easy time to be in Real Estate Sales now because of market conditions.
Advice to Senior Management
Create better contingency plans for market downturns in the future.
