    Pros

    It has really core civil engineering work and that is of many numbers comprising highway,buildings

    Cons

    Salary is delayed almost a months rest are brilliant,HR are responsive and ERANET is really superb software system they are using

    Advice to Management

    Ok can take up assignment with this employer only you need to be confident enough about what you do during office hours

    Pros

    In IT as you have one of the best ERP in the Construction industry, so you can learn a lot. Also under able guidance of the IT Head, you have lot to learn how to work in an IT setup. Good for new recruits.

    Cons

    Salary not paid on time. Delay in salary may go upto 6 months. Even after leaving the final clearance not done for years. Top Management are not serious about employee welfare, will have lot of ways to deduct salary, instead of praising good work.

    Advice to Management

    Should provide the employee salary on time and stop harassing them which can help them hold good flocks.

    Pros

    You can negotiate good salary while accepting the offer.

    Cons

    Almost 7 days a week of working, 9 hours a day No Work from home , fixed time for check-in and check-out else you risk losing your day's salary Most of the people in middle senior management position have dug up their trenches and would not allow any new comers to settle in No space for fresh Idea. Fresh Ideas are considered as a threat to their positions by middle senior management

    Advice to Management

    Create Separation of Duties so that no single person can hold things to ransom. Infuse fresh talent with transparent appraisal ( avoid their reporting to people who have spent more than 10+ years in organization)

    Pros

    Colleagues and seniors are cooperative. Everybody is helpful here in your learning phase. Its good as learning plateform. But needs patience to work without salary.

    Cons

    Delay in salary for six months. Ultimately it will cause frustration without salary. There is no value of employee. Top management are not communicating problems of employee to Chairman.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to understand their employee value

    Pros

    This is a good company for fresher . Various Type of project in this co. this co. provide better environment to employe. And also give better opportunity to make career.

    Cons

    The salary timing in some problem. The co. doing working with quality a bright future in real estate. This co. some process is very slow & middle management of co. not good.

    Advice to Management

    Pls don't save money doing compromise with quality of work. so the brand value of co. with the quality of work

    Pros

    ERA is grasping the Projects aggressively, irrespective of thought of completion of the Project. The same should be restricted. IT system is really High-tech & admirable.

    Cons

    The thoughts in ERA are very high, but, it's difficult to implement without Manpower. Hence, ERA should increase the Manpower for implementation of their thoughts.

    Advice to Management

    ERA should cut their coat according to the cloth. The thought of Chairman is big, but for implementation of the same, those are become wider circle, without managing through proper professionals. Some of Senior Management in ERA always speaks lie & they are not Trustworthy to their team, should change their attitude through Effective Inter-personal Relationship with employees.
