    ERA has a great deal of marketing material for their agents

    Cons

    The agents pay for the franchise and also pay for their marketing material.

    ERA has a lot of tools for the agents the downside is it is so difficult to maneuver to find them.

    salary on time and the workforce is internationally acclaimed with great staff

    workfoce unskilled labour and difficult to handle because of their unsatisfactory salaries
