Pros

The ERC environment is fast-paced and exciting and management really tries to offer people the opportunity to grow and rewards growth. The founder's philosophy is to "do things you like doing, with people you like doing it with." What could be better?

Although ERC is small by comparison to its industry peers, it keeps looking to be at the leading edge while serving its customers on a day to day basis.

Management is not "stuck" in managing, but also make individual contributions to ERC's success. This is important because it flattens the hierarchy and makes me feel less like an employee and more like an "owner."

Cons

Expectations are very high and if your the type of person that is more comfortable "under the radar," this is the wrong place for you.
