Cologne (Germany)

Current Employee – been working at ERGO full-time for more than 8 years

ProsThere are not really pros of working at ERGO, but you only have to work 38 h a week. If you work more, you can decide, if you want to get money or spare time. The colleagues are pleasant.

ConsNo appreciation, no chances to work abroad, no opportunities to improve your language skills, not much money, bad chances of advanced training, no chances of advancement.

Advice to Senior ManagementI didn't have ever talked to one of the upper management.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Düsseldorf (Germany)

Current Employee – been working at ERGO as an intern for less than a year

ProsMany career possibilities as it's a big company that operates worldwide. It adapts all management methods that are state of the art. It has got a great reputation in Germany and it's economic situation is healthy. The colleagues are kind.

ConsIt's a big company which operates slowly. You've got the feeling of being one in a thousand and you loose the customer contact. The wagues are quite usual. It's the right company if you look for stability.

Advice to Senior ManagementReact faster and try to listen to the employees
