Current Employee – been working at ERGO full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – There are not really pros of working at ERGO, but you only have to work 38 h a week. If you work more, you can decide, if you want to get money or spare time. The colleagues are pleasant.
Cons – No appreciation, no chances to work abroad, no opportunities to improve your language skills, not much money, bad chances of advanced training, no chances of advancement.
Advice to Senior Management – I didn't have ever talked to one of the upper management.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Many career possibilities as it's a big company that operates worldwide. It adapts all management methods that are state of the art. It has got a great reputation in Germany and it's economic situation is healthy. The colleagues are kind.
