Pros – Marvelous reputation in the field.
Future holds tremendous opportunities for challenging career and professional growth.
Company has proven to be willing and able to shift strategic plan while maintaining superb quality of work.

Cons – Recent downturn in economy has had something of a negative impact on amount of work available, which has led to some strategic shifts. Any time such shifts occur, there is some degree of uncertainty associated with the changes.

Advice to Senior Management – The leadership at ERS Group has a fantastic reputation with clients, but not with the potential employee market. Management should make more efforts to communicate enthusiasm and positive outlook to all company employees. While it may take some time for the potential employee market to recognize the positive changes brought about by a strategic plan shift (not in focus of professional effort, but internally) management needs to find ways to get the word out. Implementing internal strategic shifts while maintaining superior performance and meeting all client demands is difficult, at best, and ERS Group's success in accomplishing such an effort will eventually pay huge dividends.
