    Pros

    -Great work environment
-Management is helpful and wants you to thrive
    -Flexible hours
-Wide range of project to work on
-Small workforce; everyone knows and is pleasant with everyone else

    Cons

    -Very little room for growth
-Salary/compensation is a little lacking, but the upward momentum will hopefully change that for future employees
-I haven't been here too long, but I can't honestly think of anything else wrong with the company at this point in time.

I have been working at ESA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible and laid back working environment. Nice people. 403(b) is good (10%). Annual leaves starting at 2 weeks to 3 weeks after 5th year. Can carry forward 240 hrs of annual leave.

    Cons

Salary can be low. Only 2 layers of positions: entry staffs or directors. Directors never quit and there is no opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create some mid level position to retain some good staff.

I have been working at ESA

    Pros

The profit sharing plan is really great. Health care is fully covered. Chance to do many different jobs and connect with others.

    Cons

Small company so budget does not allow for lots of extra training. Overall it is pretty good though and a nice place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Doing a great job with direction and new technology. Would like to be able to hire additional staff to handle new loads.

I have been working at ESA

    Pros

It is a very friendly atmosphere and you get to learn a lot about the field of ecology while you work here.

    Cons

All of the positions are basically either entry level or director positions so there is not a lot of room for growth within the organization unless you're here for a very long time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. It's a small organization so there's not a lot you can do about professional development.
