I have been working at ESG AUTOMOTIVE full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Upper management is very understanding and friendly. This is a great company to work for and has major project based contracts with the big 3 automotive companies. They are very flexible in terms of policies and you can pick where you want to work depending on open positions.

    Cons

Salary is pretty competitive but benefits are not that great. Need to improve healthcare and provide incentives for reimbursement of Gym etc...

I have been working at ESG AUTOMOTIVE full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Job flexibility, 401k, international opportunities

    Cons

Management is not engaged well with its staff. Also, they are more concerned with customer needs rather than the needs of the staff they have hired. No opportunities for career growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start managing and respecting the skill set of your staff versus just adding more bodies to the payroll, therefore increasing your piece of the pie and perhaps tenure and moral of your staff will increase.

I have been working at ESG AUTOMOTIVE full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

ESG has an incredible leadership team. It's obvious that they truly care about their employees. There are always new and challenging opportunities available. The benefits package is fantastic.

    Cons

As with any employer there are sometimes when you have to work a little extra, but ESG does a great job doing their best to minimize that and offset it when possible. The work life balance is the best I've had.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep listening to your employees.

I worked at ESG AUTOMOTIVE full-time

    Pros

Fairly decent benefits. Nice bonus at the end of the year. Manager kept health insurance going while customer dragged their feet on starting an assignment. Pay was on the low side for someone with my skill set and experience.

    Cons

After more than a year asking to move to another project I was placed in a position I didn't want at the same company. The current assignment had ended and I was shuffled into a job I hated because the customer asked for me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't force employees to take assignments they don't want and are a poor match for.
