3 Sickness benefits. 6. Medical college is brought up. 8 established cardiology wing with the
                                                      Coordination from Jayadeva hospital .

    Cons

Shortage of medical and paramedical staffs. Because doctors are not selected and posted to the local areas from where they are from purposefully they are not doing why ? Knew all.
No proper organisation for the treatment to the benefishiers
No proper co ordination &understandingmm between medical staffs & patients
There is no equality in getting the payment between state govt & central govt staffs for the same amount of equal works.
Inadequate & sub sub standard supply of drugs even though there is surplus amount for purchasing. It has been happening since long time except during the tenure of Sri Sangameswar IAS then director. Some of the dispensaries not easily accessible to the patients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Drugs should purchased with the standard companies &should be adequately available for the
patients through out the year in advance.
There must be good understanding between doctors & pts for the treatment aspects counselling should be done for d same .
All d dispensaries &hospitals in karnataka should betaken over by the central govt like Rajajinagar hospital .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Success of an organisation depends on each and every body's contribution be it the lowest in the hierarchy, middle or highest. Every functionary, however small he/she is, is very very important to the organisation.

I have been working at ESIC full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

My job is challenging where I can get work satisfaction. After working for a whole month, I get my salary at the end of the month i.e. in time.

    Cons

There is a vast scope for developing Medical Benefit e.g. installing new Dispensaries, making arrangements for tie-up with private Hospitals and much more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please try to abolish Panel System. Doctors on the Panel were registered long back. Some of them are not alive, most of them have reached their age of retirement, they are not satisfy with the capitation fees they are getting from E.S.I.S. Dispensary System is needed to be introduced in Mumbai. In the belt between Borivali and up to Virar there are very few I.M.Ps in comparison to the number of working population. Dispensaries and Hospitals are needed to be installed immediately. After Kandivali up to Virar, there is no E.S.I.C. Hospital.

Further IP residing in Colaba area has no option but to visit ESI Hospital situated at Worli or MGM.

Number of Medical Stores where the Medicines prescribed by E.S.I. Panel Doctors is very limited. Number of Medical Stores are required to be increase by at least 100.

Training and Brain Washing of each & every staff member is absolutely necessary. They should be emphasized about the services they are expected to be rendered towards the Stake Holders.
