    Pros

Company offers training, great benefits, nice atmosphere.

    Cons

Hard to advance unless you know someone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management training should be given to supervisors yearly. Some supervisors do not have the skills to manage because they do not understand what their employees do.

I worked at ETS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Similarly to working for a government office or educational facility, the work life style is very relaxed. there is an academic feel as if you were in a college campus. Many employees have been working there for over 15 years and more. They value their employees. A very different place to work at.

    Cons

Not too much upward mobility. Tons of red tape. A lot of politics, but then again, when is there no politics. I do not hold it against them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

none. I think that they are doing okay.

I have been working at ETS

    Pros

The best reason to work for ETS online is the flexibility in selecting your hours, and the fact that the work can be done at home through the internet.

    Cons

There are only two drawbacks with this position: (1) there isn't consistency in the amount of hours worked because the job is on an as-needed-basis, and (2) management is nearly impossible to reach.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The work is very well set up, but there needs to be more (some!) access to management; the cloak-and-dagger set up just to reach someone from human resources is ridiculous.
