    Pros

The employees behind the scenes are the best in the industry and you will only get the best quality and service from each person at EU Services.

    Cons

Going through the transition of being acquired by an investor can be challenging, but the management is committed to continued growth and will be successful as long as they stay true to their original guiding principals as originally stated by John C. Mackey.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Its a stressful time right now with busy season upon you, so everyone needs to pitch in to make this season successful with minimal stress if that is possible.

    Pros

The people you work with are nice people. The environment is easy going for the most part. There is a pretty good work life-balance, except during busy season.

    Cons

There is absolutely no opportunity for growth. As an employee, you are constantly asked to take on more responsibility with no incentive to do so. The compensation is poor for such a heavy workload. Relationships are more important than merit here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on improving training for new employees. Be more transparent and honest with your employees about what is happening with the company.

I have been working at EU Services

    Pros

The employees and management are among the best I have ever worked with. When I started, it was so much new information, but there was so much support from fellow team members and managment.

    Cons

Can be stressful because it is a very "deadline driven" industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just stay on the path of continueous improvement to keep the company stable and forward thinking, it is the best way to stay ahead of the competitors.
