    Pros

Great experience on various projects and good exposure to senior level management at client sites while in working in Europe.

    Cons

Despite a lot of hard work and really long hours, getting promoted and fairly compensated when you are not of local nationality can become quite difficult.

    Pros

One of the benefits working within FSO is that you get a chance to learn a lot about different industries and businesses, such as insurance, asset management and banking. Besides you meet a lot of interesting people outside as well as inside the company, which contribute to your development not only professionaly but also like a person.

    Cons

Long hours - this is the only department that has such a record of overtime.

    Advice to Management

Promote the balance between working life and personal life.

Managers and partners can be very strict at certain times when pressure is on. But this is to be expected at top firm

    Advice to Management

    None

    Pros

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, professionele grote onderneming, veel leer- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden, fantastische missie (building a better working world), fijne collega's.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Leuke mensen; Goede cultuur; Veel variatie in projecten, klanten en sectoren; Steile leercurve; Veel uitdaging; Stimulatie in professionele en persoonlijke groei; Veel sociale evenementen; Veel doorgroei mogelijkheden.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Onthoudt: Balans werk/prive is heel belangrijk!

Good place to kick off your carreer, focusses a lot on people development. Has a very dynamic working atmosphere to work on different projects at different types of clients.

    Cons

depening on what team you work, you sometimes encounter narrow minded directors or partners who are blunt and has no vision or client thinking and rather focus on short term goals rather than provide structural solutions. this is also because of the KPIs defined from sales perspective.

    Advice to Management

senior management need to be refreshed, there is still legacy which are "rotten apples"
