    Pros

    One of the benefits working within FSO is that you get a chance to learn a lot about different industries and businesses, such as insurance, asset management and banking. Besides you meet a lot of interesting people outside as well as inside the company, which contribute to your development not only professionaly but also like a person.

    Cons

    Long hours - this is the only department that has such a record of overtime.

    Advice to Management

    Promote the balance between working life and personal life.

    culture very open and cheerful. Somewhat strict at times. ideal for working parents etc. Would definitevely recommend to friends at all times all positions

    Managers and partners can be very strict at certain times when pressure is on. But this is to be expected at top firm

    Goede plek om je carrière te beginnen, concentreren zich erg op persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Heeft een dynamische werksfeer wat wil zeggen dat je aan verschillende projecten kan werken voor verschillende soorten klanten.

    Afhankelijk van het team waarmee je werkt, kan je soms bekrompen directeurs of partners tegenkomen die erg bot zijn en geen visie of klantvriendelijk denken bezitten en zich liever concentreren op korte termijndoelen in plaats van voor structurele oplossingen te zorgen. Dit komt ook door de KPI's die worden gevormd vanuit het perspectief van sales.

    depening on what team you work, you sometimes encounter narrow minded directors or partners who are blunt and has no vision or client thinking and rather focus on short term goals rather than provide structural solutions. this is also because of the KPIs defined from sales perspective.

    Advice to Management

    Het hogere management moet worden vervangen, er zitten er nog altijd tussen die hun job geërfd hebben, dat zijn "rotte appels"

    senior management need to be refreshed, there is still legacy which are "rotten apples"
