    Pros

Good place to kick off your carreer, focusses a lot on people development. Has a very dynamic working atmosphere to work on different projects at different types of clients.

    Cons

depening on what team you work, you sometimes encounter narrow minded directors or partners who are blunt and has no vision or client thinking and rather focus on short term goals rather than provide structural solutions. this is also because of the KPIs defined from sales perspective.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Current Employee - Advisory Manager in Amsterdam (Netherlands)

I have been working at EY full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

EY really is a global network of hard working professionals who are both willing to learn as well as to perform. The company has many types of clients and therefore provides many opportunities for a professional.

    Some keywords:
    - Global
    - Knowledge
    - Hard working employees
    - Variety of clients
    - Lots of possibilities

    Cons

Managing a company of professionals is quite a tough job. Focus is mainly on utilization and sales, therefore too less attention is paid to a number of aspects. Such that the strategy is adapted every once in a while without thorough realization of the previous one.
    Some keywords:
    - Work pressure
    - Politics required, if you are ambitious you definitely have work on your political skills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to focus more on realizing your strategy and elaborate on your strategy realization instead of defining a new strategy each 2 years.
