    ConsWork life balance is not optimal.
    Not enough time to research ideas. Just enough time to focus and get the job done.
    Significant pressures to meet budgets.
    Seasonal in nature. You are very busy for 6 months and looking for work for the other 6

    Advice to Senior ManagementReduce the gap between partners and the rest of the staff in terms of Financial renumeration.
    Make significant efforts to enhance the work life balance.

    ConsManagement does not communicate actual expectations, which are unrealistic. Emphasis shifting on process and making money rather than client satisfaction. The bonuses, if you get one, are low. High turnover. Very competitive.

    Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate actual expectations and manage staff effectively. Act and show that you value your staff and help them grow.
