Same cons as working at any consulting firm -- you will be work long hours(in 625 reviews)
Pros – Very professional staff, well known brand and respected on the market, good for training, good network and more!
Cons – No transparency on salary brackets... seems very wide for the same position and number of years of experiance.. Can't provide a clear justification for every staff's compensation package.. sounds odd..
Advice to Senior Management – Be more transparent on staff salary brackets and provide everyone the opportunity... Stop promoting unqualified and non-performing staff.. termination policy for non-performing staff in the Middle East may need to have more teeth.. figures don't lie... but culture is blind..
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Good Place to practice skills, share and gain knowledge. There is a enriched history of good work done which can be leveraged upon.
A good place to gain cross functional experience and multi -industry exposure.
Good place to start your career and gain knowledge
Cons – Office Culture and Politics can get a bit weary after sometime.
Absence of strong leadership and knowledgebase at top management can at times hurt project management and client delivery.
Inappropriate senior management and project managers cause untimely project delay and project team dissatisfaction, the middle level (senior consultant/AM) are always hard presses for delivery.
Unfair growth prospect, and autrocratic management.
Advice to Senior Management – Try to listen to employees and select the executive level carefully. The main reason for all project delay is project management level failure.
