    It's hard to advance unless you have someone taking you under their wing.

    I've had a very pleasant experience, for the most part.

    ProsThey treat you very kindly. Shower you with gifts. My boss took me out to dinner. He tried to get fresh.

    ConsVery picky about personal attire. Management wants you to dress very professionally each and every day. Ladies need to have skirts. Men need jacket and tie.

    Advice to Senior ManagementLoosen up lighten up, it's artsy. You need to put in a clothing allowance if you insist people dress in a specific way.
