I have been working at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A very young consulting practice which allows for a lot of growth opportunities. The senior leadership also encourages all employees to participate and share ideas.

    Cons

If you don't like travel, then EY is not for you. Traveling employees do not have an office, but utilize hotel offices. This can sometimes be challenging for getting to know people in the office.

I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Lots of opportunity for firm-sponsored activities outside of your normal job duties, including community service events - If you're not client-serving, work life balance is good - Everyone I've met is super nice :)

    Cons

    - If you're not client-serving, career advancement seems more nebulous - Technology (including basically everything on / about our laptops...) at the firm could use some improvement...
