I have been working at EY

    Pros

The FIDS department I work in gives exposure to a wide variety of industries.
    New learnings in every project.

    Cons

Stretched working hours leading to poor work-life balance. Some people have to work on weekends on a regular basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please try out a system where everyone strictly works only for exactly 8 hours a day and 5 days a week only. I'm quite sure the productivity will remain the same, if not improve.
    It's a win-win situation.

    Positive Outlook
