    Pros

Consistent, reliable schedule. Clear path of advancement within the firm. Coworkers have similar drive to succeed, motivation to advance and take on greater roles. Great opportunities to advance your career through international rotations, cross-service line training/transfers, etc.

    Cons

Due to the consistency of the schedule, actual work can become dull. Sometimes difficult to really see the value our work provides to the client.

    Pros

Good place to start career - typically the first 4 to 5 years out of college.

    Cons

No recognition for going above and beyond (maybe a couple $100 giftcards - but that's it). Comp for the top performers and mediocres are within five hundred bucks a year!!! Some particular service lines in some offices are poorly managed by local leadership.

    Advice to Management

Try to retain the brightest bulbs - can't go wrong with that!! Also consider some changes to local leaderships.

    Pros

Over time.pay. I have am learning at an increadible rate. I am given responsibilites beyond my abilities. Management encourages me to push myself. The training in excellent.

    Cons

The hours are very long. The learning curve is very steep! I started at the begining of busy season so it was dificult to be through into the fire.

    Advice to Management

Pair new interns up with a Staff one. I would also suggest easying new hires into the busy season slower.
