    The ability to make of it what you want, if you're a high performer and aggressively seek out opportunities.

    The pay raises for high-performers.

    Cons

    Can easily feel lost in such a large organization.

    Your experience is directly correlated to your team, so even if you join a awesome division of the company, you can have a horrible experience because of your team.

    Have one, unified voice - a cohesive message that you send out to the workforce. Many times, management and leadership seemed like they were embattled in a war with each other.

    Great Pay, Great Training Opportuinities, allows for leadership and personal growth. Love the people culture and extensive opportunities available that helps in personal growth as well as career growth. As a global firm, it gives me the opportunity

    Cons

    Can be disorganized depending on the project. Two people from the same company in the same department with the same credentials at the same level can have two completely different experiences based on the projects that they are asssigned to.
