    Cons

Work/life balance is lacking in some cases

    Advice to Management

Empower employees to further improve processes. Remove internal company politics.

    Pros

The people who work at EY. You feel a real since of community among other coworkers

    Cons

With any Big 4 job the cons would relate to long hours and extensive travel.

    Pros

Get thrown into the engagement and lots of responsibility fairly quickly. Not much oversight and high level interaction with execs.

    Cons

The pay does not compensate for the type of work. Value your employees through better wages and opportunity to start business development faster.

    Advice to Management

The only way to separate from the other big 4 is to teach employees how to sell. Increase interaction among business lines.

    Pros

Friendly work environment and good people to work with. Always someone to answer your questions in all scenarios

    Cons

Long hours, could be long hours all year round. Flexible at times but almost 6 months out of the year you are not able to take certain days off.

    Pros

Lots of smart young people. Top tier clients. Work life balance is pretty decent for a consulting firm, if you are on a long term engagement.

    Cons

Overall, the risk practice is much more mature than PI. If you work in PI, be prepared to be loaned out by your sub service line to risk to join project as PMO, business analyst or anything in between that doesn't require you to have deep content knowledge. That essentially takes you out of the market of your core competency area.

    Pros

Quite a number of perks. Healthy work-life balance. Decent pay compared to competitors. Good upward progression

    Cons

If you've done your research into the type of work and clients you'll be working with, then there is very little to complain about. It's an excellent place to start your career if you're interested in the work they do
