I worked at EY full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Salary. That's about it. Of course, when you're working 90+ hours per week, it breaks down to almost less than minimum wage.

    Cons

I wish I could write a book. Complete back-stabbing culture, rife with self-preservation and zero accountability. It just takes one person threatened by you to completely derail your career. The only thing I learned from working at EY was what kind of place to avoid working at in the future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should allow staff to review seniors. I was absolutely blind-sided and blackballed by a senior who kept singing my praises out in the field, but trashed me on a review. Also, I worked with a senior who would take naps in the Starbucks downstairs during busy season because he was "too tired". Really?
