I have been working at EY full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Opportunities to move around and try new jobs / experiences.

    Cons

Every department is completely different and feels like you are working for a different company. It is luck of the draw of which team you end up in. Flexibile working makes it a good work life balance. However work volumes can be very high at times which does not give you a good balance. Salaries are lower than the average, but experience and training are very good.

I worked at EY as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

The people is the main reason which keeps me at EY. The people here are really friendly, and long after my internship ended, I still contacted my former bosses, checked up frequently on them, and went out to lunches with them. The engagement teams were small enough for you not to feel left out; and everyone treats interns as real staff and gives interns serious projects. I enjoyed my time at EY because I was given chances to do things the way I wanted to under my bosses' helpful guidance.

    Cons

Small teams can be a pro, but also can be regarded as a major con. The office is rather small and not as diverse as I expected it to be.

I worked at EY as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Interesting and challenging tasks, helpful and friendly management. Huge knowledge base to help you with assignments. Interns are treated pretty well. Good training opportunities. Flexible working hours. Nice view from the office.

    Cons

Office atmosphere (boring people dreaming of a straight audit career, no real sparks). Confidentiality regime: no WiFi for personal use, no Gmail, astonishingly ugly and low-productive Lenovo corporate laptops. No relaxation zones when you need to reduce stress level or just calm down away from your laptop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Office open-spaces need more comfort and relaxation zones (at least a couple of sofas). Have nothing to say about work-life: for temporary interns this is not a problem.

    Pros

People centric, good place to work. Flexible to time and needs of the employee. Good pay master. Excellent working environment.

    Cons

you need to negotiate salary well, also consider the designation negotiation before accepting the offer. They tend to under designate you when they hire.
