I have been working at EY full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The ability to make of it what you want, if you're a high performer and aggressively seek out opportunities.

    The pay raises for high-performers.

    Cons

Can easily feel lost in such a large organization.

Your experience is directly correlated to your team, so even if you join a awesome division of the company, you can have a horrible experience because of your team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have one, unified voice - a cohesive message that you send out to the workforce. Many times, management and leadership seemed like they were embattled in a war with each other.
