I worked at EY full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great experience at a renowned company that opened the door for many future opportunities.

    Cons

Nature of audit work was not what I wanted to pursue long-term, the busy season hours can be challenging yet manageable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Early-promote your 5's to make sure they stick around. One has to find some sort of balance between the bureaucracy that is a large company, and the meritocracy that encourages high-performers to stick around.

I worked at EY full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

You learn an incredible amount in a small amount of time. They had programs in place to make sure you felt supported and were learning.

    Cons

Long hours, diversity is something they are always working on, some down days. You can sometimes feel lost since its such a big company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep talking to people to get feedback. Continue to emphasis diversity in the workplace. Events outside of work are helpful in everyone getting to know eachother.
