    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at EY full-time

    Pros

Advisory culture is great, lots of opportunities for all levels. Clients tend to be top tier and interactions tend to be at C-level and strategic. Work-life balance is not too bad even though travel is a part of it. Most times, you are working a Mon-Thu week with Fri being remote/home office

    Cons

Working here for several years and both the salary hikes as well as bonuses have been abysmally low. Employees are increasingly dissatisfied with the market picking up and even with the firm doing very well and accounts growing like crazy, the partners do not seem to be sharing the wealth and rewarding employees.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
