    Pros

Opportunity to work with a large variety of companies and industries, allowing you to find the one that suits you best. The majority of people you work with are awesome.

    Cons

Hours vs pay is awful and doesn't include enough bonuses or other perks to make up for it. Work can be mind-numbing at times.

    Advice to Management

Either pay us more or hire more people so that outside of busy season, the hours can be reasonable.

    Pros

Honestly a great work environment. Lots of perks of being on the EY team including great facilities, great staff, and supportive administrators.

    Cons

Can be very stressful work load at certain points. Also you feel the pressure especially in the first 3-5 years when you can easily be fired for a newer, younger employee.

    Advice to Management

I'd say that there isn't much advice to give to the management. Keep up the good work and remain to be one of the top accounting firms.

    Pros

Great learning environment, you will be challenged and you get to work closely with highly intelligent individuals. Benefits are great, since there are so many locations you can work from pretty much anywhere and flexible work arrangements are not uncommon.

    Cons

Its a big 4 so long hours are to be expected. It can be pretty cut throat at times, lot of people will step over you to move up in rank

    Pros

    - Multitude of learning opportunities
    - Autonomy in running engagements
    - Flexible work arrangements are accommodated
    - Smart co-workers
    - Young culture

    Cons

    - Work-life balance is lacking
    - Compensation is lower than market value in industry
    - Review process can be cryptic
    - Glass ceiling in public accounting still exists, especially at higher levels

    Advice to Management

More experienced seniors are needed and there seems to always be a shortage. Allow more opportunities for experienced staff and early seniors to develop abroad via exchange programs. Hold more happy hour events to demonstrate appreciation for employees.
