I have been working at EY full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Leadership is encouraged to show personal attention to and concern for employees, and mentorship happens on every level. Pretty good job security and pay increases

    Cons

The firm is becoming more like accenture in every way. Projects are becoming more implementation-focused and boring, pay increases are decreasing, promotion is getting more difficult. Other perks like Off Sites are being cut.

    Advice to Management

Stop chasing growth for growth sake. Our culture is becoming diluted and are projects are becoming dull.

    Pros

Outstanding opportunities for experience and development; great benefits package, forward-thinking with workplaces of the future and many inclusiveness initiatives, flexibility

    Cons

It is a large firm, so you must take ownership of your own career. You will be asked to work hard and long hours, but the experience gained is invaluable

    Advice to Management

Continue having people at the forefront of your strategy and investing in them and their development since they are the firm's single most valuable resource.

Great place to work - people are helpful and friendly - locations are everywhere, and if you need or want to transfer, they will definitely help you.

    Advice to Management

no advice to management at this time and I do not like the fact that I need to have twenty words typed here to do this.
