I worked at EY full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A great place to meet amazing people, learn tech skills and soft skills, learn how to balance life, build network and develop your career profile. I will choose to work at EY again if I were to choose again.

    Cons

There could be very long hours and tremendous amount of stress, especially during busy season and during your senior years, but it's a period you will learn so much, both professionally and as a person, and learn how to balance life.

I have been working at EY full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible working, smart people, gym on site

    Cons

Minimum pay - not even close to market rates. Benefits minimal (number 1 on your contract is "business casual" - hard a benefit). CBS/Marketing staff treated as second class citizens. Always work over the set 37.5. My friend described this place as a "sausage factory".

The first three years you'll be doing the most basic tasks, which might makes me feel at the end of every week: what did I do all week...?
