    Good team culture. Less competition than normal firms. Good atmosphere between coworkers.

    Very scarce training (more trainings for analysts, interns have no technical training and have to learn everything on the job; however this slowly changes and some trainings becoming available)
    Poor networking opportunities (small amount of cross-division networking events)
    Little client-exposure for lower-level employees

    Consider more technical trainings for interns to let them feel more valuable right from the start. Consider more networking events for the whole company.
