    Cons

I think EY is a really good firm, I don't have any cons.

    Pros

Variety of experiences, the people, supportive managers, great team environment, automatic credibility, generous vacation time as a new Staff, opportunites to telecommute part of the time and overall flexibility.

    Cons

Long hours at times, some policies are old fashioned, no gym membership, connection between national management and local city managment is not always apparent.

    Advice to Management

It would be great to have a little more transparency for internal initiatives

    Pros

You will come across some very nice people, very knowledgable... but such are very few!!

    Cons

Not a very good place for external hires, not a place for hard working and intelligent people. They are treated as aliens, People stories are created and external hires are tortured by Senior Leadership and people who have spent years at EY but never spent time working.

    Advice to Management

Dont preach about inclusiveness... promote it in its true sense! Also, review some of unethical practices that exist in your smaller offices especially around faking expenses.

    Cons

work you 55+ hours a week during busy season (Jan-April), may involve lots of travel, high turnover rate, very stressful environment,

    Pros

Find the resources and people extremely helpful. Provides great opportunities for personal and professional growth. Great experience through every engagement.

    Cons

Work hours can get long, but are expected given the firm and the industry. Overall, all cons are minor and are similar to other Big 4 firms.

    Pros

Pay was good, employee morale was important, organized associate appreciation events. Cared about work life balance issues, offered flexible hours and no set number of sick days.

    Cons

When the office moved locations, our parking options were limited, non senior management had to pay for parking, $70 a month. That sucked

    Advice to Management

No serious feedback, it was ok to work there. Due to its size, after several years, still didn't know 90% of the people that work the office. Even with appreciation events, most people stayed with the people they worked with everyday in their own department.
