Former Employee - Senior Store Manager
Former Employee - Senior Store Manager

I worked at EZCORP full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The financial pockets that they have allow them to purchase smaller " mom & pop" businesses and turn them into thriving stars.

    Cons

They are primarily a pawn based business and when you step away from what you know and try to reinvent the wheel, that's when you will fall

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick with what has made you successful. When you take over smaller businesses, get to know that model before you try to change things.
