    Pros

Excelent technology company going after NFV and other Networking technology markets. Rapid innovation and market traction in key markets.

    Cons

Growing organization with growing pains. Headquartered in Isreal makes san jose a remote office.

  2. Company seems genuinely committed to retaining top tier talent.

    Pros

Work in a generally non-hierarchical environment where all employees are committed to excellence.

    Cons

Unknown. I began working officially with EZchip only recently through an acquisition. I suspect there will be some issues that arrive due to the acquisition.

  3. Helpful (1)

Laid back, but a lot of blame culture

    Pros

    OK benefits and OK pay
    Many nice and friendly people
    Good locations (in Israel)
tries to be middle or average on benefits and so on - not to use employees like slaves

    Cons

blame culture, pass-the-buck culture, very prone to working inside borders
many decisions are after crisis - makes very tired
