Earlham College Reviews
Pros – Great learning opportunity, great opportunity to create connections with fellow students
Cons – It can be hard to tutor students older than you because of power dynamics
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Was fun. I learned a lot
Cons – None come to mind at the moment
Pros – None come to mind unfortunately.
Cons – Prying into your private life, get saddled with tasks you aren't paid to do, the students are snotty and treat you like something they stepped in. If you aren't Quaker, you will feel like an outcast.
Advice to Senior Management – Try paying people more and not take advantage of them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros – Upper management was available for questions and answers often, the compensation is great, they usually offer free admission to the employee to all on campus events, dealing with many diverse cultures, feeling welcome by everyone at the college, and opportunities to learn new skills. I worked the night shift and still got to know many of the people from the college during business hours.
Cons – The only con I have is that I had 12-hour shifts but I also signed on for them. Some days I like the 12 hours though.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Average benefits, horrible work hours.
Cons – Very intrusive into your personal life.
Overbearing Supervisors within the Residence Life Program.
Advice to Senior Management – While the students are the reason for Earlham's existence, you must understand that not all students are there to learn or become productive members of society and they should be dealt with accordingly, not pampered based on the size of their trust fund and parental donations.
