    I worked at Earls

    Pros

Working at earls was wonderful, they have a great system for training and they train their managers to also be very knowledgeable. Very fun atmosphere.

    Cons

The challenges of working here are the same as any restaurant, long hours of being on your feet and working late into the evening.

  2.

    Simple salary input

I have been working at Earls full-time

    Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Both in the kitchen and front of house everyone cares about eachother and always making the guest happy.

    Cons

They are going through a lot of changes and I am not on board with all of them. I don't think they are all what is best for the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Although you have been focused on driving sales and profit, don't forget to have fun. More staff incentives will create a stronger sales drive.

I have been working at Earls

    Pros

The staff is hand picked from the top down with a motto that sex sells. Be prepared to work with the most attractive in the Industry. Promotions are not coincidentally synonymous with appearance.

    Cons

The flipside of this coin is that the less attractive people, if hired at all, are going to struggle to attain the prime shifts, sections, and preference.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what goy you here. The modus operandi is clearly working.

I have been working at Earls full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible, autonomous, lots of training, fun culture, great reputation, great support from management, booking time off is rarely a problem, supports many students, great tips

    Cons

No benefits, work through holidays, work weekends, minimum wage

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Long time employees should be paid more than minimum wage to show your gratitude and keep them motivated. Other than that, this is a great company that offers a fun and flexible environment.

    I worked at Earls

    Pros

At first work culture was amazing. Integrated new hires very well into the company. A lot of fun parties. Could be described as beer commercials.

    Cons

Depends on management of the individual offices, however I found that management was incompetent and unable to help employees effectively.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a more sincere interest in your employees. Especially the ones who are loyal to the company. Take care of the ones that keep the company successful.
