Earth Class Mail is going after a completely new market - delivering postal mail online for everyone from consumers to major corporations. It is a very exciting place to work; building a new product from scratch, creating a new market, seeing how a company goes from zero to full throttle.

Cons

Chaos! As we find out what customers *really* want and need, we have to make lots of course corrections along the way. Priorities change, requirements change, and the ship needs to change direction quickly in order to accommodate this.

Advice to Senior Management

The CEO, Ron Wiener, is such an unassuming, sweet guy - always focused on the employees and making sure the company is running smoothly. And he tries so hard to make himself available, even as the company has grown so rapidly. Take a break, Ron! You don't always have to be first one there in the morning and the last one to leave at night....
