Details
Pros
The friends I have made here and that I have a job to come to everyday...Somewhere I can make money to feed and shelter my family.
Cons
No advancement, hire-ups could care less about you, the only time management says anything to you is when you have done something totally wrong....they change our hours and expect everyone to be ok with that...the molding dept is pulling 12 hr shifts as is from 7am to 7pm, now they have changed their hours to 10am to 10pm, if you have a family that sucks you wont see them they will be in bed when you get home.
Advice to Senior Management
Get a life loosen up a little bit, don't sweat the small stuff, have a smile on your faceit won't kill you
