Challenging work environment
Cons – Your experience there is only as good as your boss. If you have a bad boss--your life is miserable. It is all about making money. It used to be about customer service.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay attention to how some managers treat your employees. Some of the people you think are stars--are not.
