    Pros

For the most part, a lot of people that work here is nice.

    Cons

The biggest problem here is politics and it starts with upper management. There are a lot of nice people in the bank, but upper management doesn't care about its people if you're not in the department generating sales. They will not hesitate to lay off someone or an entire department. Unlike other banks, its systems, procedures and policies are not really established. It's constantly changing. Training is not on par with other banks.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to realize that its people (not just the sales unit) are its biggest and most important assets. Please listen to the people that actually do the job at their levels and don't make knee jerk decisions without fully researching the entire situation. People are always fearful that they have no job security and this makes for poor morale. Invest more in training and borrow some practices from other banks that has made them successful.

    Pros

Workload is light but other than that there's no real pros about working for this company.

    Cons

You have to clock in and out by time stamp. Management needs to get rid of it or mployees will never feel connected to a company.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to work on getting to know all levels of employees to connect them with the company. There's basically no activities hosted by the company for employees.
