    ConsLanguage barriers, 90% of the staff is non-asian & unfortunately they don't speak the language.

    -Fair compensation
    -Emphasis on teamwork
    -Great client exposure
    -Interesting contacts

    Cons-Management is political
    -Not a lot of down time
    -Bank is outsourcing a lot of processing
    -Each position equates to the work of 2 average employees

    Advice to Senior Management-Maintain career growth opportunities
    -Restrictive stock shouldn't be used to protect the Bank's P&L
    -Eliminate the idea that the Bank is "Chinese"

    it's a growing company with many job/learning opportunities

    Proscross-cultural experence and the bridge concept of east and west. large community bank yet has personal touch. Advancement oppotunities provided.

    Consnot much media attention. the pay can be better, wish have more interaction with senior management. IT infrastructure is not up to date yet.

    Advice to Senior Managementwant to try having informal luncheon with the front-line workers? should complete the cross-border branch into full-services asap in order to seize china business oppotunity.

    ProsGreat People, smaller bank, not too many hoops to jump through. you are lucky enough to Rub elbows with the big guys

    ConsThere aren't really any downsides. I think like all companies the more paid time you have would be great. So more paid time off would be nice. Only 2 weeks a year.

    A very stable job, but with little pay

    Prosthere is opportunity to grow, they give you stocks as well..

    Consvery little pay, total compensation package is not competitive to motivate employees
