I worked at East West Systems full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Better environment as compared to other local companies
Cons – Poor Management, no proper policies,no job description,politics and biasses, no career progress, one man show
Advice to Senior Management – Develop proper policies to cater business and employee needs.
Develop Job descriptions with KPIs.
develop standard procedure to carry out work in professional manner not one man show
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
