ProsHelping Special Needs individuals, and making a difference in lives, is what it is all about. Seeing the difference in children after therapies are applied are worth more than all of the money in the world!!!

ConsThere is only so much change that you can effect. I wish we could make more of a difference than we are already making. that's why we need more passionate indidviduals to enter this field!!!!

ProsThe staff here is extremely friendly, everyone is willing and able to help out under any circumstance. There is a strong family-oriented attitude here.

ConsInterns aren't paid, and that's due to the fact that Easter Seals is a non-profit company, so I can't really blame them for it.

My internship experience at the Easter Seals New Jersey headquarters was phenomenal

ConsSince this was an administrative internship I did not have much interaction with the consumers. This was expected, however, when I did get to work with them it was so rewarding!
