“A easy place to start with.”
Current Employee – been working at Eastern New Mexico University
Pros – It is an easy and slow pattern work place. Salary is okay compares to other jobs in NM. A good place to start with.
Cons – The location of the university is disappointed. Portales, NM is considered middle of no where. No movie theater, no shopping mall. Many dairy factories make the entire town smells really bad.
Advice to Senior Management – The management group is doing well on employees. However, the students performance is getting worse every year. Administration might need to focus more on that.
